First Bank & Trust is hiring a Consumer Banking Operations Intern to support quality assurance, risk management, procedure management, and operational improvement. The intern will review and maintain procedures, assist with audit and compliance research, analyze processes and data, identify control gaps and automation opportunities, test enhancements, prepare reports and process maps, and learn banking products, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements. The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in progress, completed coursework, strong communication and analytical skills, comfort with data and technology, and a willingness to learn.
