Description
The Consumer Events Specialist will coordinate and execute consumer events for San Antonio Zoo, including general-admissions and ticketed special events. The role involves collaborating with vendors and internal departments, managing event logistics, timelines, setup, safety, contracts, invoices, post-event recaps, and guest satisfaction, while supporting the zoo’s mission and sustainability initiatives. The position requires strong communication, organizational, customer-service, and Microsoft Suite skills; a professional degree is preferred, and candidates must be available for year-round day, night, weekend, and occasional after-hour work.
