New Era Technology is hiring a Clinical Recruitment Analytics Manager to lead the transition from traditional web and portal metrics to an insight-driven approach connecting patient, caregiver, and investigator behavior to clinical trial recruitment and retention. The role synthesizes behavioral, screening, and engagement data; maps participant journeys; maintains recruitment health dashboards; leads A/B testing and digital experience improvements; and translates complex analytics into actionable recommendations for clinical operations, recruitment, product, and executive stakeholders. It requires 5+ years of relevant experience, GA4 and Adobe CJA proficiency, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and is fully remote.
