Consumer Group Expert Services Operations - Business Line Strategy at Intuit

Intuit is hiring a Business Line Strategy professional to synthesize strategy across TurboTax and other consumer business lines, translate business priorities into COE standards, coordinate with Group Managers and Service Delivery leaders, develop standards for emerging segments, and use customer and expert data to refine strategy. The role requires 5–7 years of experience in customer experience strategy, service delivery, program management, or related fields, with tax, financial services, or multi-segment consumer services experience preferred. Base pay ranges from $131,500 to $199,500 depending on location.
