Description
Intuit is hiring an Ops Excellence & Partnerships Lead to establish the operating model for its Expert Network Center of Excellence. The role owns recruiting standards, onboarding and rostering design, portfolio program management, workforce-management and scheduling oversight, performance and incentive operations partnerships, and continuous improvement across HR, operations, finance, service delivery, and performance-incentive teams. It is a foundational, seed-role position with room to grow, requiring 5–7 years of experience in program management, HR operations, workforce operations, or related fields, along with strong cross-functional partnership and operational rigor skills.
