Description
Intuit is hiring a Program Design & Operations lead for its Expert Network Center of Excellence. The role owns the operational backbone of the tax expert workforce, including service-delivery standard work, program-level quality-review frameworks, tax content and knowledge-management infrastructure, cross-season readiness planning, service-recovery partnerships, and continuous improvement. The position requires 5–7 years of experience in program management, service delivery operations, content strategy, or related fields, with tax services, financial services, or SaaS experience preferred. Base pay ranges from $131,500 to $199,500 depending on location.
