BancFirst is hiring a full-time Consumer Lender, II in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The role develops and manages consumer real estate, consumer, and construction loan portfolios; promotes banking products; supports collections; participates in community events; and may evolve into underwriting small commercial loans. The position requires current knowledge of regulatory compliance, loan-processing software, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within a team. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
