NGFCU is hiring a Consumer Loan Processor I to support members through consumer lending, from answering questions and originating applications through funding and documentation. The role coordinates with loan officers and other teams, explains loan decisions, processes approved loans, maintains records, and promotes additional credit union products. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of financial institution experience, consumer lending or member services experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and loan origination systems. The position offers $21.75 to $26.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan.
