Description
The Consumer Protection Inspector will work in the Business and Research Department in Linz, traveling across Upper Austria to inspect product labeling, verify price transparency, investigate product-safety complaints, conduct market surveys, process warnings, and explain consumer-protection requirements. The role requires Austrian citizenship, commercial education, at least six months of comparable professional experience, and a Class B driver’s license. It is a full-time position starting from November 2026, with a starting gross salary of EUR 3,180 per month for Function Track LD 16 or EUR 3,020 per month for Function Track LD 17.
