Penske is hiring Consumer Reservations Specialists to handle inbound customer service and sales calls, help customers select rental vehicles, make outbound calls, meet revenue goals, resolve customer needs, and provide a high-quality experience. The role requires communication, negotiation, product knowledge, sales, multitasking, basic computer troubleshooting, email and Microsoft Teams use, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and completion of a four-week paid training program.
