Description
The Consumer Sales Representative will drive revenue for Individual Administrative Services by handling inbound calls, chats, and online inquiries; educating prospects about dental insurance products; converting leads and quote requests; completing enrollments; and supporting escalations. The hybrid role runs Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of sales-related business experience, computer skills, strong communication and customer-service abilities, and the ability to obtain the required insurance licenses within three months.
