Description
The Service Coordinator provides information, advocacy, and service-arrangement support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The role participates in program planning, coordinates services, documents regulatory reports, attends interdisciplinary meetings, identifies service-delivery barriers, and provides case coverage and emergency on-call support. It is a community-based position requiring home, community, or office visits, frequent telephone and virtual meetings, a valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently. A bachelor’s degree in a related human-services field and at least two years of related experience are required, with a master’s degree in a related subject substituting for experience. The position offers a regular salary of $26.86–$37.96 per hour plus a bilingual services allowance, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
