The role handles containers by loading and unloading them from trucks and rail, assessing cargo securing measures, stocking the container yard, and documenting damage through quality control. It requires safe industrial-truck or lifting-equipment handling, a driver’s license for industrial trucks, basic technical understanding, German language skills, shift-rotation availability, and reliability; container experience is not required because training and further education are provided.
