Description
The Compactor Shop Supervisor supervises two or more employees who repair compactors of various sizes, validates work orders, ensures quality and adherence to schedules, develops operational plans, conducts facility audits, supports customer resolution, and monitors shop performance. The role requires welding certification or demonstrated ability, hands-on welding and fabrication shop experience, supervisory experience, OSHA and environmental knowledge, and a high school diploma or G.E.D. The pay range is $78,900 to $108,450, with an annual 10% incentive target and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
