Description
The Content Coach is a site-based leadership role responsible for designing and overseeing age-appropriate after-school curricula, coaching group leaders and activity specialists, supporting academic and behavioral outcomes, and ensuring program quality and compliance. The position works across 30+ sites in Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Manhattan, is part-time at 9 hours per week, and pays $39–$41.50 per hour. It requires a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, 2–3 years of experience with school-age youth, curriculum and instructional-coaching experience, and proficiency with basic technology.
