Kognity is hiring a Content Coordinator to manage content operations across its Content Operations team, freelance contributors, and Product and Tech teams. The role covers end-to-end content update projects, contractor sourcing and engagement management, feedback triage, third-party content rights and licensing, and the creation of trackers, dashboards, documentation, and AI-enabled content operations. Candidates should have a background in content, project, or operations coordination, strong communication skills, the ability to learn new tools quickly, and experience using AI tools.
