Renton Technical College is hiring multiple part-time adjunct instructors to develop and teach courses for its new Content Creation & Social Media Marketing certificate within the Entrepreneurship program. The role involves creating video content, explaining digital marketing, developing lectures and activities, and teaching in face-to-face, online, hybrid, and Flex modalities. Candidates need real-world social media and digital marketing experience, a portfolio of successful campaigns, accessibility and content-support experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position is contracted quarterly, may include evenings and weekends, and pays $1,118 per lecture credit plus a 1.33 instructional-credit factor, with future advancement up to $1,683 per credit.
