Description
The Content Developer and Instructional Designer will analyze knowledge gaps, develop learning objectives and instructional strategies, create eLearning, microlearning, video, gamification, website, blog, and social media content, update client knowledge bases, evaluate training performance, and support or co-facilitate virtual and instructor-led training. The role requires at least one year of combined content-development and learning-platform or knowledge-base experience, client-facing experience, strong communication and analytical skills, familiarity with instructional-design methodologies, advanced Microsoft Office or Google Suite knowledge, and a portfolio of previous work.
