Description
The Content Developer will support training programs and digital learning initiatives by developing e-learning content, conducting instructional design, analyzing learning data, and managing new-hire and departmental training through a Learning Management System. The role also administers the LMS, coordinates instructor-led training, provides technical support, creates engagement and compliance reports, and contributes to continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with e-learning tools and LMS platforms, and a hybrid schedule with office attendance three days per week.
