Description
Content Developer supporting e-learning and digital learning initiatives within a Talent Management and Learning Center of Excellence. The role combines instructional design and multimedia course development with enterprise LMS administration, global new-hire onboarding, instructor-led training coordination, learner support, reporting and analytics, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement of learning experiences. It is a hybrid position requiring office attendance three days per week, with collaboration across global time zones.
