Description
The Content Developer will design and develop e-learning and instructor-led training materials, administer and support the enterprise Learning Management System, manage global new-hire onboarding, coordinate training sessions, provide technical support, maintain learning content repositories, and produce reports on learner engagement, completions, compliance, and training effectiveness. The role collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts, applies instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy, and supports continuous improvement through learner feedback and performance data. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience. The position is hybrid, requiring office attendance three days per week.
