Description
The Content Developer will support training programs and digital learning initiatives by developing e-learning content, conducting instructional design, analyzing learning data, and managing new-hire and departmental training through a Learning Management System. The role also administers the LMS, coordinates instructor-led training, provides technical support, creates engagement and compliance reports, and contributes to continuous improvement. It is a hybrid position requiring office attendance three days per week and reports to the Senior LMS Team Lead in Hyderabad, India.
