The Content Developer will support training programs and digital learning initiatives through instructional design, e-learning courseware development, LMS administration, global new-hire onboarding, instructor-led training coordination, learner support, reporting, compliance tracking, and continuous improvement. The role works in the Talent Management and Learning Center of Excellence, reports to the Senior LMS Team Lead in Hyderabad, and is hybrid, requiring office attendance three days per week. It requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
