RaceTrac is seeking a Content Developer to join their L&D team. The Content Developer will translate instructional designs, storyboards, and learning blueprints into high-quality training content such as e-learning modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments. This role involves determining how learning is built, making decisions about visual design, interactivity, pacing, multimedia production, and technical execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and creative skills, committed to consistency, quality, and the learner experience.
