Description
The Content Developer will support training programs and digital learning initiatives by developing e-learning content, conducting instructional design, analyzing learning data, and managing new-hire and departmental training through a Learning Management System. The role also administers the LMS, coordinates instructor-led training, provides technical support, maintains learning content, and creates reports and dashboards. It is a hybrid position requiring office attendance three days per week and Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. India time.
