Description
Avoca is hiring its first dedicated Content Lead to build the company’s content function from the ground up. The role owns content strategy, SEO and AI search visibility, research, interviewing, writing, editing, distribution, demand-generation campaigns, and performance measurement. It requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong writing and analytical skills, AI fluency, and the ability to turn customer insights and proprietary data into authoritative content. The role reports to the Head of Growth and works closely with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales. The position is based in New York City and offers a base salary of $160,000-$210,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
