Description
RCI is hiring a Content Program Manager to manage compliance-training course development. The role oversees project planning, stakeholder communications, instructional design, course creation and maintenance in Evolve and Intellum, user acceptance testing, internal quality assurance, documentation, and annual or biennial course updates. The contractor will also coordinate with Operations to align courses with LMS specifications and maintain project plans, meeting notes, and stakeholder communications.
