Description
The Content Services Solution Engineer defines, designs, and implements technical solutions for software implementations, configurations, data transformations, publishing stylesheets, and related technologies. The role also analyzes sales requirements, leads workshops and consulting, trains clients, and participates in new sales initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years of software support and configuration experience, content management and data analysis experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
