Triple Whale is hiring a remote Context Engineer to help ecommerce brands adopt Moby, its AI teammate for marketing analysis, planning, and execution. The role is customer-facing and focuses on onboarding, translating customer goals into practical Moby workflows, coaching operators, building trust, identifying repeatable activation patterns, and sharing customer feedback with product, design, and engineering. Candidates should have performance marketing, growth marketing, media buying, or agency strategy experience, familiarity with ecommerce and growth platforms, knowledge of marketing metrics, and practical experience with AI tools. The role prefers candidates based on the West Coast and requires consistent Pacific Time availability.
