Description
The Context Engineering Manager leads the design, governance, and continuous improvement of reusable skill libraries, agent-instruction standards, retrieval-grounding corpora, and domain-knowledge encodings for AI systems and engineers. The role owns Azure AI Search and vector-store retrieval pipelines, context evaluation, provenance tracking, security and compliance controls, and standards for token economics and prompt efficiency. It also supervises and mentors engineering and development team members and requires at least seven years of software, data, or AI engineering experience, including three years building LLM context, RAG, or knowledge-management systems.
