phia LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst / Requirements Manager to support a program management office in establishing and executing enterprise portfolio and requirements management processes. The role covers requirements intake and traceability, investment board support, requirements repositories, portfolio health, integrated master scheduling in MS Project, cost and performance analytics, cost savings and rationalization, acquisition planning support, and change and risk communication. The position is full-time and on-site in Central Maryland, with situational telework only as approved by the customer, and requires a U.S. citizen, active Secret clearance, TS/SCI eligibility, and substantial relevant experience.
