Description
Fluidstack is hiring a Contractor and Extended Workforce Manager to own the day-to-day management of its contractor and extended workforce program from intake through offboarding. The role manages vendor and staffing-supplier relationships, maintains compliant processes for worker classification, onboarding, access, and data protection, advises hiring managers on workforce solutions, and improves related systems and workflows. It requires at least four years of experience in contingent workforce, extended workforce, procurement operations, or HR operations, along with VMS or contractor-management tooling experience and knowledge of worker classification and compliance.
