Lam Research is hiring a Contingent Workforce Planning Manager to develop and execute workforce strategies across global operations. The role leads contingent workforce planning, forecasting, capacity planning, vendor management, workforce optimization, project and program management, data analysis, stakeholder communication, change management, and project closure. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience, plus 8+ years of project or program management experience, cross-functional leadership, and advanced analytical skills. Semiconductor or global supplier experience, strong communication skills, and relevant project management certifications are preferred. The role may be performed through On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models.
