Lam Research is hiring a Contingent Workforce Planning Manager to develop and execute workforce strategies across global operations. The role leads contingent workforce planning, workforce forecasting, capacity planning, vendor management, workforce optimization, project and program management, data analysis, stakeholder communication, change management, and project closure. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, along with 6+ years of project or program management experience and cross-functional stakeholder experience. The role may be performed under On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work models.
