The role coordinates stakeholders, restores critical services, evaluates incidents, and drives continuous improvement, with a hybrid work arrangement and a 36-hour weekly schedule plus 24/7 standby and on-call participation. The position requires a master's degree in IT, engineering, or a related field, strong knowledge of cloud, security, ITIL, business continuity, risk management, and IT continuity, and fluency in Dutch and English; more than five years of experience in a financial institution is preferred.
