Description
The Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation Specialist will drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering in Brno. The role partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, translate operational needs into system and automation requirements, support implementation and adoption of digital tools, improve data quality and process efficiency, and bridge Operations users, process owners, and IT. The candidate should have experience with ERP, MES, PLM, automation, workflow tools, and reporting, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
