Analog Devices is hiring a Staff Operational Excellence Engineer to lead fab-wide improvement initiatives across operations, process engineering, equipment, maintenance, and quality. The role focuses on improving flow, cycle time, OEE, yield, cost, and overall manufacturing performance through data analysis, root-cause problem solving, Lean and Six Sigma methods, and cross-functional leadership. The position requires expertise in semiconductor fab operations, manufacturing data, and high-volume manufacturing environments, with no required travel and a first-shift/day schedule.
