Winning Consulting is hiring a Continuous Improvement and Processes Consultant for a project with a multinational financial-sector client in Barcelona. The role leads quality, profitability, and customer-experience initiatives; implements continuous-improvement methodologies; analyzes and optimizes processes; and participates in cross-functional projects. Candidates need higher education in a relevant field, at least three years of generalist experience, strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge, and preferably a Green Belt certification. French proficiency is optional.
