Description
The Continuous Improvement & Training Program Coordinator will build and operate the training and continuous-improvement systems for AeroFarms’ Danville manufacturing site. The role combines hands-on floor work with program leadership across onboarding, qualification, cross-training, trainer development, training records, Lean problem-solving, project execution, performance analytics, and change adoption. It requires at least three years of relevant operational experience, strong analytical and facilitation skills, and the ability to work across shifts in an active food-production environment. The position is full-time, exempt, and offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 annually plus bonus, equity, retirement matching, and health, dental, and vision benefits.
