Description
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead and coordinate hands-on process improvement actions for Matalco’s production system. The role involves leading Kaizen workshops and Lean and Six Sigma projects, analyzing KPIs, standardizing and optimizing processes, creating dashboards, delivering training and coaching, and improving safety, quality, cycle time, delivery, and equipment downtime. The position requires a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education, five years of continuous improvement experience, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; industrial or mechanical engineering and a Black Belt are preferred.
