Description
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator supports and drives process improvement initiatives across manufacturing and distribution by identifying improvement opportunities, coordinating workshops and root-cause analysis, tracking performance data and KPIs, documenting processes, supporting SOPs and compliance, and communicating project results to stakeholders. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience and two years of experience in process improvement, operations, manufacturing, quality, or a similar field; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
