The role analyzes manufacturing processes, identifies inefficiencies, and implements lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives while collaborating with production, engineering, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, facilitating training, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of continuous improvement or process optimization experience in manufacturing, and proficiency with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
