Description
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams in aerospace manufacturing to document processes, establish standardized procedures, analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the planning, testing, implementation, and tracking of continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, five years of continuous improvement experience in aerostructure manufacturing, five years in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and U.S. citizenship.
