Description
The Continuous Improvement Engineer reports to the Purification Workshop and focuses on implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit. Key responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement in quality, cost, lead time, and safety, managing implementation timelines, analyzing continuous improvement metrics, and collaborating with various departments like DAVP, Engineering, Logistics, IT, and Maintenance to define and execute technical, organizational, and process enhancements. The role involves facilitating cross-functional projects, participating in capacity studies, supporting operational teams in applying continuous improvement methods, and ensuring adherence to production plans.
