Avnet is hiring a senior Quality Engineer to develop, evaluate, analyze, and deploy quality assurance tools and methods across inspection, verification, validation, quality systems, process improvement, customer assurance, supplier quality, and related areas. The role involves auditing compliance, analyzing quality data, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and applying root-cause analysis, sampling plans, Pareto analysis, and statistical process control. It requires extensive knowledge of quality principles, typically 5+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong ISO knowledge, possible yellow-belt certification, and the ability to travel.
