Description
The Continuous Improvement Engineer reports to the Plant Director and leads capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives that improve plant operations, safety, quality, yield, and downtime. The role provides engineering support, develops solutions, manages project schedules and implementation, supports vendor and contractor oversight, and collaborates with plant operations and other departments. It requires 3–5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
