Description
The Manufacturing Excellence Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives across safety, on-time delivery, production efficiency, and scrap reduction. The role coordinates with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Facilities; establishes and tracks KPIs; develops manufacturing policies and reporting systems; sets production goals; and builds team capabilities through coaching and accountability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, at least three years of manufacturing experience, U.S. person status, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the salary range is $85,000 to $110,000 per year.
