Description
The Manufacturing Excellence Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives across safety, on-time delivery, production efficiency, and scrap reduction. The role coordinates with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Facilities; establishes and tracks KPIs; develops manufacturing policies and reporting systems; sets production goals; and builds team capability through coaching and accountability. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, at least three years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include mechanical or industrial engineering, KPI and statistical software expertise, 3D modeling experience, change management, and aerospace fastener industry experience. The position offers a salary of $110,000–$130,000, health insurance, a 401(k) matching program, paid holidays, and vacation.
