Description
The role joins an industrial continuous improvement team supporting production lines in meeting quality, cost, delivery/service, and safety objectives. Reporting to the Methods Manager, the position coordinates assembly-line improvements, optimizes workstations, maintains production standards and technical documentation, leads QRQC and PDCA problem-solving, trains teams in Lean methods, audits adherence to standards, analyzes nonconformities, and supports new product and project introductions. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least five years of industrial-environment experience, time-study/chronanalysis and Lean expertise, Office and AutoCAD proficiency, and French plus basic/working English.
