Ingredion is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer for an onsite manufacturing facility in Cedar Rapids. The role leads continuous improvement and the Ingredion Performance System at the unit level, supporting process studies, problem-solving, KPI and OEE implementation, Kaizen events, RCA studies, digital systems, and training and coaching of plant teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, process or industrial engineering experience, Lean Six Sigma and SPC training, and knowledge of corn wet-milling unit operations; digital systems and Microsoft Power tools are preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $84,400 to $112,533.33, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
